1. Confirmation of Order

Once we receive your order and confirmation of payment we will send you out a welcome email letting you know when we will be shipping out your order.

Please Note: If you are paying by Direct Deposit please email us your remittance receipt so that we can process your order straight away. Otherwise we have to wait until the payment clears before shipping. PayPal and Credit Card payments usually clear straight away.


  1. Shipping is either by Australia Post, Aramex or Sendle

We will then send out your order using one of the following methods:

Delivery to most addresses is in NSW and Queensland is by Aramex. Delivery to most addresses in WA is by Sendle. However this is only a guide. We determine at the time of shipping which is the best of the 3 services to use for your delivery. Note: Aramex and Sendle do not ship to PO Boxes.


  1. Aramex and Sendle Couriers

Aramex and Sendle Couriers have proven to be a reliable, speedy and trustworthy couriers. Aramex and Sendle generally pickup from us Monday to Friday at 12pm. Orders received and paid for before this time will be sent out the same day.

When making your purchase you can select to signature upon delivery or to leave delivery even if no one is home. If you select to leave delivery even if no one is home you take all responsibility for the delivery if you do not receive it. (We have not lost any of this kind of delivery to date) Please Note: These Couriers WILL NOT call or text you delivery times. This is their policy, not ours.

  1. Australia Post

We use Australia Post if the shipping address is a PO Box, regions where they are more competitive and some remote locations. Western Australia has a higher number of remote locations. By default all deliveries made using Australia Post will require a signature on delivery. This means that you or someone you know must be available to receive the delivery. If no one is home Australia Post should leave a note to pickup from your local post office.

  1. Local Pickup

We offer a $15 discount for local pickup from our warehouse located between Byron Bay and Mullumbimby, Northern NSW.

  1. Australia Post Tracking

TCPJA will email you a tracking number within 24 hours after your item(s) have been picked up by Fastway Couriers or Australia Post.


  1. Delivery Times
  • Sydney, Gold Coast and Brisbane – approx. 1 to 2 business days.
  • Melbourne and rural areas in New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria approx. 2 to 5 business days.
  • South Australia approx. 2 to 3 business days.
  • Tasmania approx. 4 to 7 business days.
  • Northern Territory approx. 7 to 14 business days.

Western Australia

Please be aware that all deliveries from Northern NSW to WA can take between 7 to 10 working days. For example if we receive your order on a Friday and it’s made by Direct Deposit and you do not email us the receipt we have to wait until around the following Wednesday for the payment to clear. It then takes a further 7-10 working days for you to receive your order. So that could mean that you potentially do not receive your delivery for 3 weeks from the time of order. This is a worst-case scenario. We appreciate your frustration that WA so often gets the short end of the stick when it comes to delivery time. We do the best we can and greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.
